For the beginner, this class focuses on grant writing terminology and other fundamentals of the grant writing process. Participants move quickly from discussions relating to the preparation process, defining the critical mission statement, to tips on grant writing research. The core objective of this fast paced webinar is to assess the organization’s level of readiness for grant writing and to introduce the novice grant writer to the grant development process. Handouts will be furnished by email for all registered participants to print out and review before the event.

The Advanced Grant Writing 102 class is aimed at the more experienced grant writer. It is also the next step for those who have already participated in the 101 Beginner’s Class. The core objectives of this class are to focus on what constitutes a winning proposal and to get funded! We will cover all the elements of a grant proposal, from executive summary to budget and budget narrative. The class is divided into two class day sessions. Class Day 1 is two hours and Class Day 2 is one hour. Handouts are furnished by email to all registered participants to print out and review before the event
