B.Y.O.(Bring Your Own) Bike Tour

Saturday, June 6, 2020 10am – 11am

Come explore Alabama’s most famous ghost town on two wheels! On this one-hour tour, your guide will lead you over 4 miles of mostly unpaved roads, exploring a landscape of relics, ruins, and graveyards. Bring your bike, water, and snacks. ($8)

Guided tours for the morning may be requested on other days a minimum of two weeks before your requested date. We offer wagon tours, walking tours, and step-on bus guides. For more information, call 334-872-8058 or visit the park at 9518 Cahaba Rd, Orrville, AL 36767.

The Coalition of Concerned Families (CCF) is hosting its usual Candidates Forum at 5:30 pm on Thursday, July 23rd at Seniq’s Variety Cafe, 118 Washington Street, with a Voter Education session earlier at 4:30 pm.

Because of COVID-19, this forum will be in-person for candidates only and virtual for Selma citizens.

Candidates are asked to bring their laptops already charged and downloaded with the Zoom and Facebook Live apps.
