The Diabetes Empowerment Program is free, six weeks of diabetes self-management strategies for anyone with diabetes, prediabetes, family members and caregivers. Online classes will be on Thursday evenings, beginning October 15th at 6:00 p.m.

Hemp Zoom Program on Friday, Nov. 20:  South Alabama Virtual Hemp Roundtable 

This hemp meeting will be held Friday from 9 – 11 a.m.  Roundtable is to discuss the challenges and opportunities in the industry.  Extension personnel will be available to promote discussion and answer questions.  A representative from the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries (ADAI) will be available to answer any specific questions regarding Alabama rules and regulations.
