Cost: $140 per person includes instruction, certification exam, and 7th edition ServSafe book.

$80 per person includes instruction and certification exam (no book).

Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation ServSafe Certificate.

Who Should Attend: Managers, Cooks, Chefs, Wait staff, Supervisors, Owners, and Food Handlers.

The ServSafe program is approved for the Alabama Department of Public Health FDA Food Code Adoption.

Registration must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date.
