Plant a Pinwheel Garden

Join us to observe April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. The Child Advocacy Center will host a short program on the steps of City Hall which will be followed by the planting of the 'Pinwheel Garden' to honor the over 400 children involved in abuse investigations last year in Dallas County who are now safe and protected.
